Stelios Thrasyvoulou

Founder | Engineer | CTO

Stelios has spent more than 15 years building technology, with most of his career focused on brokers and financial businesses.

He started as a software engineer and went on to spend more than a decade in CTO and technology leadership roles, eventually leading both product and technology as a CPTO.

Throughout that time, he remained close to the technology — designing architecture, building systems and working directly with engineering teams.

His experience spans trading technology, CRMs, back offices, client platforms, data, infrastructure and large-scale technology transformation.

SthenoStack is the result of that experience: an opportunity to build the technology he believes the industry should have.

Maria Fylakti

Product and Development Lead

Maria has more than 14 years of experience in software engineering and product development, with much of her career focused on financial technology and broker platforms.

Her experience extends beyond financial services, giving her a broad perspective on how different businesses, products and engineering teams solve complex problems.

She has spent more than six years leading frontend engineering teams while remaining hands-on across full-stack development, technical architecture and software delivery.

Her work spans client platforms, operational systems, integrations and digital products — connecting user needs and product priorities with reliable, maintainable engineering.

At SthenoStack, Maria brings that experience together to shape products that are clear to use, thoughtfully designed and engineered to perform in demanding financial environments.
